Melody Giacomino has 15 years in medical and pharmaceutical sales and marketing management, and recently completed her MBA at Rollins College. Melody teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in Marketing, Creative Strategy, Consumer Behavior, and Consumer Psychology on campus at University of Phoenix. She has worked as a market analyst, designed compensation plans, implemented and administered CRM systems, and designed and delivered new hire training programs. She's working on getting companies to move away from interruption marketing to conversation marketing and being where their customers are already looking.
